Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward healing. Using EMDR, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches, we’ll work together to build resilience, clarity, and meaningful change.

Consultation & Administrative Services
Therapy isn’t the only support clients may need. Consultation sessions provide space for requests beyond psychotherapy, such as clarifying treatment options, processing paperwork or documentation, coordinating care with other providers, and offering guidance on resources, referrals, or next steps. These sessions are designed to ensure you have the information, documentation, and support necessary to navigate your care with confidence.
Fee Range: $50 – $150 per consultation, depending on service type and complexity
Couples Psychotherapy
Relationships can be a source of deep connection and deep stress. Couples therapy offers a space to rebuild trust, improve communication, and navigate conflict with compassion. Whether you're facing a major transition or feeling stuck in old patterns, we’ll collaborate to support your relationship goals and strengthen your connection.
Starting from $175 per session
At Renew Therapy Solutions, services are offered on a self‑pay basis. This approach allows us to focus fully on your care without the limitations of insurance requirements. For clients seeking reimbursement, We can provide a superbill, a detailed receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out‑of‑network coverage.
